Career
Binoy started his technology career with Network Solutions, which is now part of IBM india.
- Binoy went to work with UST in the IT Infrastructure team and quickly promoted to become the first Practice Director for Information Security CoE leading several security initiatives and customer engamgements.
- Binoy moved to the Middle East to work for Burgan Bank as their Head of Information / IT Security where he built a cross – cultural cyber security team.
Binoy implemented strong cyber security governance, compliance, risk management and reporting controls.
Education
Binoy holds a bachelor’s degree in science from Mahatma Gandhi University. He holds CISSP, CISA, CISM, CDPSE Certificates various industry bodies.

Binoy is a recipient of the Asia Pacific ISLA Awards, recognizing his contributions to cybersecurity leadership and innovation. As a Program Advisor at Seton Hall University for the 2024 Transformative Leadership course, he shares his expertise in strategic leadership, mentorship, and organizational growth, shaping the next generation of leaders. Binoy is also part of the 2024-2026 PCI Security Standards Council Global Executive Assessor Roundtable Members.

My biggest happiness comes from seeing customers trust us as long-term partners, knowing that our cybersecurity solutions help them operate with confidence and resilience.
One lesson you would like to share with others
My biggest lesson is that people are inherently good and willing to help – it’s all about finding the right synergies. Whether in business or personal relationships, shared values form the foundation of meaningful and lasting connections. A growth mindset and openness to possibilities are key to success, as they unlock new opportunities and drive continuous success.
