What is exciting at ValueMentor
I joined ValueMentor because of the people and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully. I wanted to be in an environment where I can add real value, where the organization is open to collaboration and new ideas. It’s important for me to work in a place that values input and focuses on making a tangible impact.
Haven’t been here long but I think what would keep me here is the ethos, delivering real value, maintaining integrity, and focusing on long-term impact. The work challenges me, the team is driven, and the culture encourages continuous learning and improvement.
At the core of it, I stay because it still feels worthwhile. The values that brought me here are the same ones that keep me going.
What am I proud about
I’m proud of the fact that I’ve kept moving forward, no matter the challenges. I don’t believe in regrets! Everday is a new day, and an opportunity to do something new.
One lesson you would like to share with others
Life is short & life has a way of repeating itself. The way you treat people, the choices you make, the energy you put into things – it all comes back around, sometimes in ways you don’t expect.
So, if there’s one thing I’d say – it’s to pay attention to what you’re putting out into the world, because at some point, you’ll meet it again.
