ValueMentor has successfully completed the implementation of AlienVault at a Financial Service provider based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The project involved the implementation of AlienVault USM and configuring about 25 critical assets.
One of the key requirement was to collect the application log from the critical business application and provide risk based reports. Custom plugins were created to achieve the log collection, correlation and risk reporting. The business application is installed on an IBM AIX 7.1. ValueMentor analysts had developed the custom plugins required to collect the logs from the IBM AIX 7.1, where no native support is currently available.
